Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities Focused on Positive Interaction
You'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inviting space for our students:
- Active Engagement: Support children’s development through active engagement and positive, enriching interactions.
- Team Support: Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing fun, age-appropriate lesson plans and preparing engaging classroom materials.
- Nurturing Environment: Foster a sense of belonging for every child, providing individualized support and promoting a nurturing learning environment during daily care and tasks.
- Family Partnership: Assist in maintaining open and positive communication with families about their child’s progress.
- Safe Space: Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For in a Teammate
